Associate Director, SEO

Brainlabs is hiring a London-based Associate Director to take strategic ownership of SEO for a portfolio of clients, prioritising work by data and business impact rather than rankings alone.

The role includes building SEO guidelines for the wider team, leading larger accounts and client relationships, and shaping how the practice responds to AI Overviews and generative search engines, plus mentoring SEO consultants.

Brainlabs wants someone with around four years of broad SEO experience, a solid grasp of how AI-driven search is reshaping organic visibility, and a track record of improving results through automation.
